What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address and your message. We collect nothing else about you through this website.

Why we collect it

To read and answer the enquiry you send through the contact form.

Legitimate interests: you chose to get in touch, and we need these details to reply to you.

We do not use your details for marketing and we never sell or share them for that purpose.

Who handles it for us

These companies process your data on our behalf, only to provide their service:

  • Web3Forms — delivers the contact form to our inbox
  • Google — hosts the email account the form is delivered to (Google Workspace)
  • Cloudflare — hosts this website

Some of them may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they protect it with safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct it if it is wrong
  • ask us to delete it
  • object to us using it, or ask us to restrict how we use it
